Yoga can be daunting and the idea of nude yoga even more so. Here we make yoga accessible to all of us.
I offer you a space for nude male yoga where we connect on a deeper level as friends and yogis.
All of our classes will have options for total beginners and those who know their up dog from their down dog.
It’s a body positive space where we embrace the possibilities of what our bodies are capable of rather than judge what we can’t yet do.
Join a class or a retreat and if you don’t want to do the yoga yourself book a Thai yoga massage with me and I’ll do the stretching for you!
I hope you have fun checking out my site.

These classes are accessible to all male yogis who want to give it a go. There will be lots of options for beginners and those with a more advanced practice.
It’s a social group where community is important. We connect in a deeper way than the gay scene allows. Meeting each other as we really are and it’s a wonderful way to connect with the real meaning of yoga.
We meet every Wednesday at the Bonnington Centre in Vauxhall, the heart of one of London’s most important gay communities.
Classes run from 7-8.30pm so please don’t be late – and more often than not the group heads off to the pub for a social drink afterwards.
If you don’t want to do the stretching yourself why not let me do it for you. I’m a fully qualified practitioner of the centuries old practice of Thai Yoga Massage where we work with acupressure, energy lines and yoga stretching to balance your body and your energy.
Join me twice a year at the beautiful Cinq et Sept for my signature five day NKD yoga retreat.
Cinq et Sept is Europe’s leading gay guesthouse set in a medieval French winemaking village surrounded by gorgeous countryside, iconic cities like Montpelier and within striking distance of Southern France’s beautiful beaches.
Please contact me for details of private yoga classes where I can take you from a beginner yogi to really understanding the practice and the postures in a 121 setting, we’ll come up with some clear goals and a series of classes for how to reach them.
I’ve been meditating since I was 16 years old and practicing yoga seriously for more than a decade.
