121 YOGA
These sessions are yoga designed just for you.
Yoga doesn’t have to feel intimidating. It doesn’t have to mean walking into a room full of naked strangers or trying to keep up with poses that don’t feel right for your body.
In a private session, the practice meets you exactly where you are — gently, patiently, and without pressure.
Together, we build a space where you can breathe, explore movement, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace. Every posture is adapted to your needs. Every sequence is shaped around your energy, your mobility, and your goals.
If you’ve ever felt nervous about joining a group class, 1:1 instruction offers a softer entry point. You get time, attention, and guidance that helps you grow in confidence. You’ll learn the foundations, understand your body, and discover how yoga can feel supportive rather than overwhelming.

60 MINUTES
An hour session is priced at £85
You can book four together for £290 (and decide to do this following our first session, incorporating that initial booking).
90 MINUTES
If you want to take even more time I can offer a 90 minute 121 yoga session which will explore dynamic as well as restorative yoga and which may incorporate elements of Thai yoga massage.
A 90 minute session is priced at £115 and you can book four together for £400 (and decide to do this following our first session, incorporating that initial booking).
PRIVATE PARTNER YOGA
This can be a fantastic way of exploring new intimate connections with a partner using a shared yoga practice.
Each of these sessions is 90 minutes and will cost £200.

Your payment secures the booking.
You can cancel up to 24 hours will get you a refund.
You can reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment but only for a mutually agreed time.
Cancellation less than 12 hours before the session will mean no refund I’m afraid.
